micro-diamond results from the DO-18 kimberlite pipe, WO Diamond
Project, NWT, Canada.The micro-diamond results, together with the close
proximity of DO-18 to the DO-27 kimberlite (only 700 meters North), are
sufficiently encouraging to allow for the collection of a mini-bulk
sample at DO-18 this summer, subject to the finalization of plans and
permits.DO-18 is not under a lake and it is covered by shallow till,
therefore a summer mini-bulk sample program is technically feasible.
Also enclosed are two photos taken last night of the first shipment of plus one tonne DO-27 bulk sample bags being loaded and transported to the Ekati Diamond Mine for processing later this year. Pictures:
