Photos of kimberlite drill
chips extracted from RC (reverse circulation) Hole #4
"Here are today's photos of drill chips
from 69 meters and 73 meters of depth in hole #4. More of the
same! Looking good!
Regards, Eric Friedland" (Peregrine Diamonds Ltd -
Operator)
Indicator minerals are found when diamonds are present in
the kimberlite, although the quality or number of diamonds
cannot be determined without sample processing. Low diamond
counts would be more likely if there was a lack of indicators.
The kimberlite from this bulk sample will be processed for
diamond content at the sample plant at the Ekati Diamond Mine.
