February 28, 2005 - testing for diamonds at the Tli Kwi Cho
| Peregrine Diamonds Inc. developed this digital model in 2004 using 1993-1994 data. Note that the lower portion of the pipe is projected as there were no drill holes to confirm the depth. The 1994 bulk sample was taken mainly in low grade kimberlite or 'black kimberlite' depicted by the drift shown in white. The 1994 drift failed prior to reaching the targeted area where 1993 drill results indicated higher grade kimberlite (southern portion of the pipe). As well, the elevation of the 1994 drift was generally located at a depth where drill hole diamond analyses indicated lower grade. |

| The 200 tonne bulk sample which Peregrine Diamonds Ltd. has undertaken will be taken using a reverse circulation drill sampling the area within the pink hatch where the 1993 diamond drilling indicated the higher grade zone. The 1994 bulk sample taken by Kennecott Canada Exploration Inc. did not test this area. |
